By downloading the Nurture app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not download the app.

Nurture is designed as to be your specialised parenting guidance and support tool. The information provided is not medical advice. For medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional.
These Terms apply to all use of the App, the websites (nurtureworld.com) and all related services, features and content offered by Nurture.
Nurture
The Nurture mobile application (App) supports parents' development throughout parenthood by providing guidance and support on key topics including (but not limited to):
Adapting to parenthood
Managing emotions
Relationship to your partner
Birth and postpartum
Baby care
Bonding and attachment.
Mental health
1. Who are we?
Nurture World Limited

Registered office: Unit 6 Queens Yard, White Post Lane, London, England, E9 5EN.
This agreement allows you to use App and its associated services.
References to we, us, the Company, Nurture, are references to Nurture World Limited.
2. Privacy
To use the App , you will be required to create or update an account (“Account”) and will be asked to provide certain personal information, including certain sensitive personal information, including your name, birth date, e-mail address, whether you are pregnant or have given birth, and baby's birth date.
We value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at office@nurtureworld.co.
3. App Store Terms
When downloading the App, the terms of the relevant App Store also apply. For the purposes of these terms, App Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the App has been downloaded.

Apple: Supports minimum iOS version 17.

6. Using the App
BY DOWNLOADING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW THE RULES SET OUT IN THESE TERMS. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
You can use the app on unlimited devices for personal purposes. If you sell a device, remove the app from it. Ensure you have permission if using someone else’s device.
7. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or to introduce new features. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these terms at any time. We will email you such changes and these additional or revised terms will become part of these terms. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these terms, including any changes or modifications made by us as permitted above.
Updates will be posted in the app.
9. Updates to the App
We may automatically update the app to improve performance, add features, or enhance security. Declining updates may affect your use of the app.
10. Technical Data
By using the app, you agree to us and/or the App Store collecting and using technical information about your device.
11. Location Data
Some services use location data. You can turn off this feature in your device settings. Using location services implies consent to data collection for providing location-based services.
12. Links to Other Websites
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of linked websites. Use them at your own risk.
13. Licence Restrictions
Your use of the App is under a restricted, limited, revocable license granted by use to you, and in addition to accepting these Terms, this license to use the App, is conditional on:
(a) You must not:
Rent, lease, or sub-license the App or any of the services provide via the App
Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App or any of the services provided via the App
Use the app in any unlawful way
(b) You must comply with all applicable technology control or export laws and regulations that apply to the technology used or supported by the App or any service.
14. Acceptable Use
In addition to the license restrictions set forth above, you agree that you will not (and you agree not to encourage or allow any third party to):
Breach, test, circumvent (or attempt to breach, test or circumvent) any security, copy protection or rights management feature in the Services or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other users’ Accounts or Easy Healthcare’s computer systems or networks.
Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or proprietary notices contained in the Services;
Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape or index any portion of the Services, or cause or launch any programs or scripts for the purpose of scraping, indexing, surveying, or otherwise data mining any portion of the Services or unduly burdening or hindering the operation and/or functionality of any aspect of the Services;
Use the Services to advertise, buy or sell any products or services;
Reformat or frame any portion of the web pages that are part of the Services;
Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any person from using or enjoying the Services, or that, in our sole judgment, exposes us or any of our users, affiliates, or any other third party to any liability, damages, or detriment of any type; or
Create an account under fraudulent pretences.
You can stop all collection of information by the App by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the App.
Any content (information) you submit through the App is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.
15. Use at your own risk
Our goal is to help make certain pregnancy, postnatal and parenting health-related information more readily available and useful to you. However, the App cannot and does not guarantee health-related improvements or outcomes.
Your use of the App and any information, predictions, or suggestions provided in the App are at your sole risk. We make no representation or warranty of any kind as to the accuracy of data, information, estimates, and predictions that we may provide to you through the App and you agree and understand that the App is not intended to match or serve the same purpose as a medical or scientific device or healthcare provider.
16. Subscription and billing
One-off payments
What it is: You can purchase certain content, features, products, or services as a single purchase
Duration: As described in the app.
Billing: You will be charged at the point of purchase.
Subscriptions
What it is: You can purchase subscriptions to access certain content, features, products, or services for a specified period.
Duration: Subscriptions continue indefinitely.
Billing: We charge ongoing fees automatically until cancelled. Before you purchase, we will explain the fees, billing frequency, and how to cancel.
Changes to Content
Updates: The content, products, or services included in your subscription may change as we introduce new features or retire old ones.
Variations: Features and content may differ by country, language, app store, version, or device.
No Contingency: Your purchases are not dependent on future features or any public statements about such features.
Third-Party Platforms
Availability: The App is available via the App Store.
Separate Contracts: When you purchase, you may enter into a separate contract with these providers. Their terms and conditions apply.
Cancellation Rights: Depending on the provider, you may need to exercise cancellation rights with them directly.
Billing
Recurring Basis: Subscriptions are purchased on a recurring basis, disclosed to you before purchase.
Payment: You pay a subscription fee plus applicable taxes in advance.
Trial Period
Trial: Some subscriptions may include a trial period at no or reduced cost.
Conversion: Trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period.
Cancellation: Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Review terms carefully before signing up.
Price and Tax Changes
Price Changes: We may change subscription fees and will notify you in advance.
Effective Date: Changes take effect at the start of the next subscription period. Continued use after the change means acceptance of the new price.
Error in Pricing: If there’s an error, we’ll contact you to reconfirm or cancel your order.
Tax Changes: Tax rates are based on your location and may change over time.
Renewal
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the current period ends.
Cancellation
How to Cancel:
If purchased via our App Email us to cancel.
If purchased via a third party: Contact them for cancellation and refund information.
Support: Contact our Support team for assistance or follow instructions on our cancellation page.
Promotional Offers
Offers: Occasionally, you may purchase subscriptions as promotional offers.
Eligibility: Offers may be for new users only and may not be valid for all users.
Automatic Continuation: After the promotional period, the subscription continues at the regular price plus taxes, unless cancelled.
17. Matching marketplace
We use the information you provide during the sign-up process, or while using the App, to provide you with personalised access to third-party services, such as, but not limited to:
Midwifery support services
Mental health support services
Wellness support services
18. Account Security
You are responsible for ensuring the security of your App passwords and Account. Here’s what you need to do:
Control Access: Keep your sign-in name, screen name, and passwords confidential.
Monitor Usage: Regularly check and control who accesses and uses your App account and password.
Report Issues: Immediately inform us at office@nurtureworld.com if you believe your account or password has been compromised or if you need to deactivate a password.
Information Use and Sharing
Transmission and Monitoring: You allow us and others involved in the App’s operation to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store, and use your information.
Personal Use: Your App account is for personal use only. Do not share your account or password details with others.
Liability: We are not responsible for any misuse of your information or losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you do not follow these rules.
18. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and services provided therein belong to Nurture World Limited. You are granted a licence to use the App under these terms.
19. Liability
We provide the App for general information and support. We are not liable for:
Indirect or unforeseeable loss or damage
Events outside our control, particularly for services which are provided to you by third parties found or engaged from the App.
20. Termination of Use
We may end your right to use the app if you breach these terms. You must delete the app from your devices and confirm this with us.
21. Response Times
We aim to respond to inquiries within one month. Data and security breach reports follow ICO guidelines.
22. General
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the App, any services we provide, or these Terms (any document herein) shall be determined by exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
